Who Are My Clients

On December 31, 2007, WAM managed about $68 million for more than 40 clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Virginia, Florida, Colorado, North Dakota, Michigan, Maine, New Mexico, Texas, Pennsylvania, Japan and Bahrain. Our typical clients are college educated, hard-working and fiscally conservative. They understand the importance of saving and investing now in order to achieve their future financial goals. They also recognize the value of working with a skilled and trusted professional who can design, implement and monitor an effective and profitable investment plan.

Our clients are educators, nurses, doctors, entrepreneurs, farmers, insurance agents, lawyers, liquor distributors, corporate executives, court stenographers and retirees. We also manage the investments for a family foundation and one small institutional client created to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students in business curricula.

What follows are examples of our typical clients:

  • A married couple with two children from different marriages. She has a rollover IRA and a retirement account at work. He has three different accounts. They also have a 529 college savings account for each child.
  • A married couple with three children. Each adult has separate taxable accounts and two IRA's. They also have custodial accounts for each child plus one 529 account.
  • A married couple with no children. She has a taxable account, an IRA and a 401(k). He has an IRA.
  • A young couple, just getting started, that recently had their first child and bought their first house. They have a joint taxable account.
  • A single woman with a taxable account and two rollover IRA's.
  • A married man, after changing jobs, who moved his former 401k into a rollover IRA.

So as you can see, WAM's clients probably look very much like you. So why not give us a call and learn how we can help you save and invest for all of your possible futures.
